Her academic foundations in Psychology and Institutional Development within international development, combined with expertise in behavioral science and applied depth psychology, bring an interdisciplinary perspective to Capability Intelligence, integrating human behavior, organizational systems, and performance science to reveal the hidden variables that shape partner success. Having established performance standards at scale through more than one million learners and 500+ training programs, Imani brings deep expertise in turning organizational knowledge into actionable Capability Intelligence.

Jonathan Schoeman brings two decades of experience building and scaling organizations to Kurricula Capability Labs. He specializes in translating strategic vision into operational reality, helping organizations establish the structures, processes, and ways of working needed to deliver sustainable performance.

As Strategic Director at Kurricula, Jonathan played a key role in scaling an international team of more than 40 experts and delivering learning solutions to over one million learners worldwide. His experience spans business incubation, organizational growth, and leading teams through periods of transformation, giving him firsthand insight into the operational challenges that determine whether strategic initiatives succeed or stall.

At Capability Labs, Jonathan helps organizations embed Capability Intelligence into the way they operate, ensuring capability frameworks are integrated into decision-making, partner management, and day-to-day execution. By connecting strategy with implementation, he helps organizations create the conditions for lasting capability improvement and scalable growth.

Tanmay Atul Dhobe is a Consultant in Technical Capability Design at Kurricula, specializing in helping organizations transform complex technical knowledge into measurable capability systems for engineering, software, and enterprise teams.

With more than seven years of experience across enterprise enablement, technical education, and workforce development, Tanmay designs capability frameworks and learning architectures that accelerate onboarding, strengthen technical proficiency, and improve operational performance. His background in Electronics Engineering enables him to work closely with software engineers, technical experts, and product teams to convert highly specialized knowledge into practical, scalable capability standards.

His experience spans developer enablement, enterprise software, technical upskilling, and operational capability across technology, logistics, and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environments. Earlier in his career, he led engineering education initiatives in robotics, embedded systems, programming, and applied engineering, giving him firsthand experience in developing technical capability through experiential learning.

By combining engineering expertise with learning design and Capability Intelligence, Tanmay helps organizations build technical capability that accelerates adoption, improves performance, and enables consistent execution across complex technical ecosystems.

Robel Tedla, MD, is a consultant in Partner Capability Intelligence with expertise in healthcare and workforce development. He helps healthcare organizations make partner capability measurable by defining the competencies, behaviors, and operational standards that drive commercial and clinical performance.

Robel brings six years of experience designing capability-based training and certification systems across complex healthcare ecosystems serving multiple partners, institutions, and professional groups. Combining clinical expertise with field implementation experience, he understands the challenges of translating complex healthcare technologies and knowledge into consistent partner performance. He has supported medical technology installation and user training at the point of care, while designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks that connect capability development to measurable operational outcomes. 

His experience spans ministries of health, government agencies, hospitals, NGOs, and MedTech partners, giving him a rare understanding of both the regulatory environments these systems operate within and the realities of the last-mile user journey.
